Arrangement: The farm has in a short period completely been renovated, all comfort is available. You can even use the sauna in a stable with a view on the forests. Satelite tv, laundry machine, 2 twopersonsbeds, 2-onepersonsbed, sauna 4-6 persons
Surroundings: You will find 1,5 ha grounds with an orchyard full fruits. You will hear and see here wild pigs, deers, birds and many white cows (charolais). De stables (in wintertime) and the meadowfields around the farm are rented to a french farmer. In Semelay (5 min by car) is a bakery annex a small shop with everything. In Luzy and Saint Honoré les Bains you can find bigger shops (15 min).
Culinair and wine: There are enough restaurants in the neighbourhood. Also the area of Cote d'Or and the white wines of Chablis are here next by
Activities: Swimming at 10 km in a small lake or (indoor) swimmingpool, walking, horseriding, tennis, bicycling. But if you only want to relax you can take the walking and cyclingroutes without seeing other people.
